My commission process is completely non-scary. All you need to do is email me with your idea and perhaps a reference photo or three, and we can talk composition, colours and narrative. I'll send you a rough sketch or two, and once we've settled on the final image and colour-scheme, I'll ask for full payment ($200 for an A4-sized gouache and pen painting, other sizes negotiable) via PayPal, and complete your painting within a week. I'll mail it off to you to marvel at, and I happily ship internationally.
